Can't see Relationships view in Studio

I am a Fresh boarder onto Sugar Community V5.0.0g. I cannot manage to find the relationships view on the module's page into the studio.
See attached my printed screen (french release) and the view I am looking for according to the FAQs?
It looks like a default due to a wrong installation ?

Hi,
the instructions you are trying to follow are for Sugar 5.1, where you can set up relationships of different kind (one to many, one to one, ...) for default modules.
In Sugar 5.0.0g you can setup relationships for your custom modules going in Module Builder.

Thanks for this explanation Dear Dragonflymaster, you are right I was looking the wrong Documentation.
Could you please help then: I am trying to get the entries into the Contact module from a customised field into the Lead module. I created the same fields into both module and put it into the subpanel of the Contact module. But when I convert a lead into contact, the value of the created field does not follow. It is the reason why I was trying to build a relationship between these 2 fields.
Could you please tell me how to process using the 5.0 release? I am not sure to understand how the subpanel should work.
