Can't send email campaign: HELP!!

I need help to resolve a big problem.
My sugar installation doesn't send email campaign after 4.5.1e (or f) upgrade.

for example, when i try to send Test Messages nothing happen: sugar remains in the same page and non errors appers..... and non messages are sent.
Sugar only made a refresh page but remains in the List Target Selection!!!

I tried to make same task in English language (i'm Italian), on Admin user, ecc....

but nothing to do

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this problem?
I think is a PHP error but the sugarcrm.log doesn't help me. (sugacrm.log is set in DEBUG LOG)

I always send newsletter to my customer and now i cant reach them!

so.. a big problem

Hi Pier, I'm not sure I understand you correctly but are you stating that you can't add targets to the target list?

We just found & fixed a bug in the campaign module where if you add targets from a report, it dies if you have custom fields displaying before standard reports because of the way they build the SQL statement.

Is this the same?
Am I missing something?

Hi, Thakyou for the post.
I try to explain my problem better:

when I want to send the prepared email campaign, I click the "send" button or "send test" button (for the test send) and sugar goes to the page where i must select the target list.

So I select my target list and click "SEND" button, but nothing happens:
the page just refresh one time and it returns in the same/self page (target select) instead to go in the STATE PAGE, where usually you can see the sent messages, viewed messages, the graph and so on....

No errors and no warnings appears (i think for example the Internet Explorer Javascript Errors) and no emails are sent.

Sugar remains in the target select page!!!

Without errors and without warnings I can't found where's the problem.

I just analized the sugarcrm.log file (whit the maximun log level : debug level), i tried to upgrade Apache and PHP versiones but the problem remains.

So i need to undertand where's the problem to study a resolution.

I hope you can now identify correctly my problem.

The exact same thing is happenning to me. However, the emails did eventually get sent. I messed around so much that I can't really say what did it. I entered the wizard again and changed the time to 10 minutes from now... that created a duplicate campaign which is what I think got sent off.

Darn thing is that it put [Test:] at the beginning of the subject for everyone's email. That sucks... They weren't on the test list!

And while we're on bugs... try adding 400 contacts to your subscription target list. It doesn't work. The GUI won't let you click to the "31 - 60" Next tab. It just stays on the same page!!! (I tried in Firefox and IE). So I had to add my contacts into the database with SQL commands from the command line!!! Yuck.

Hi clearwater,
i solved my problem some days ago.

I've made a new Sugar installation (the same version) to another folder using the same database and after some configurations now all works normally.
Now i can't send email campaign without problems and i can use all Sugar modules.

I really can't understand what happened in my old sugar installation but this is my solution!

I suggest to you to try the same resolution if you have the same (old) problem...
If you have some questions about this task I'm here....
