Dear friends,

I need help on a problem I have a sugar developer to fix something wrong with my email campaigns and cron jobs for emails in queue.

Problems I have:
- I can't manage to activate cron jobs and send emails out to my leads. I changed some settings and variables in config.php for timing, and also number of emails per hour, and it just does not work.
- When I try to delete ALL EMAILS in queue it just does not work, i get an error like
Fatal error: Call to undefined method EmailMan::create_export_query() in /home/encantia/public_html/crm5/include/MassUpdate.php on line 179
I am allowed to delete 20 at a time, but not all. And I have more than 10.000 in the queue.
- My dedicated server allows me to send 5.000 emails per hour (That's ok), I can even change that setting to unlimited, but that's not the issue
- I read the error logs and there was a problem with memory usage and I allocated 64M instead of available 40M.

What I want is:
- To fix the email campaign module
- Leave everything working to send 500 emails per hour when I want on the bounced email I configured
- Be able to mass delete without any problems
- Do any modifications to CRM so that it makes cron jobs work and then emails at the specified rate and at the specied time

How can I solve these problems? I just can't proceed to using CRM Campaigns without it
