    Default can't sending e-mail

    I have tried sending email but its not active, keep getting this msg

    Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to ssl://mx1.unra.go.ug:25 (Unable to find the socket transport "ssl" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?) in G:\Intranet\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk\include\phpmaile r\class.smtp.php on line 104
    Error emailing:SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

    Any help on fixing email options
