Can't turn off server responce time in sugar 5 footer

I just did a fresh install of Sugar CE 5 and it seems I can't turn off the Server response time in the footer. I tried doing it in the admin settings panel and also direct in the config.php but neither made a difference. Is this a bug?

Also, in the old 4.5.x version I figured out how to get rid of everything in the footer but the "Powered by SugarCRM" logo. Is it still possible to remove this test to make the page more streamlined in v5.x?

I remember that i had the same issue , not sure anymore what it was but i think you have to look at the global config.

let me know when you found it , i will try to get it also.
