Can't uninstall modules

I am trying to uninstall modules from our installation of SugarCRM, such as SugarLabs Maps. If I go to Admin->Module loader, I am shown the installed modules. I can click on the row with the module I want to get rid of, but I don't see a way to uninstall it. It looks like I can drag the row somewhere, but where? I must be missing something simple.

Yes, there is something missing. I checked another installation of the same version of Sugar and I should have Disable and Uninstall buttons. Why are they missing?

This is just the weirdest thing. The disable and uninstall buttons do not show up in any browser I try. On another Sugar installation with the same modules installed, I can see the buttons and use them.

Is there a way to get these to appear?

Is it possible that your default theme was corrupted?
What happens with other themes?

Perhaps your label LBL_LANG_BUTTON_UNINSTALL is cleared in any language file?

I have tried it in other themes and the buttons are still gone. I'm not sure how to check on the LBL suggestion Thanks for the reply.
