Hello

Am running 4.2.0 open source on a hosted system and I have two problems:

- when trying to create a custom field it does not show the label next to the field and, even if you try to edit it, it doesn't save it

- when trying to upgrade it won't... it copies the file to the server (I can see it on ftp) but can't open it:
It says: "There was an error uploading the file, please try again!"... so this isn't very helpful

If anyone has any thoughts then please let me know. I am trying to upgrade the system in order to repair these problems. I have data in the faulty system but would have to put it in again on a fresh install as 4.2.1 won't read from the old database.
