    Default Can't upgrade, please help!

    Hi there, I have downloaded the sugarsuite patch 4.5.0d but when I go to the upgrade wizard in admin as instructed to install it all I am greeted with is a blank page. At first I thought it may have been because I was working on a client so I went to the server but the very same happened, a blank page with the create case shortcut on the left and the usual sugarsuite toolbars along the top

    I checked upload module in admin and found this error message...

    The following modules have been installed:

    Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file 'cache/upload/upgrades/patch/SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.0.1-to-4.2.1b.zip'

    Also, when I tried to export some cases today they vanished! I selected them all and then clicked select entire list at which point they seemed to disappear completely from my records. It was only by going into basic search and putting in the case numbers one by one was I able to bring them up and in each one I noticed that it had no status. I had to open each one, then save it again and then it was reinstated successfully with a status. What did I do wrong?

    Plus, one last thing, I have been trying to upload my company logo and I browse for it ok from within system setting but nothing happens when I click save. I managed to import the same logo successfully before I had to perform a complete reinstall of our server but now I cannot

    Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file 'cache/upload/upgrades/patch/SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.0.1-to-4.2.1b.zip'
    This error happens when the upgrade_history table in the database is out of sync with the directories in the cache/upload/upgrades/patch directory. You can either completely clear all entries in that table or you can edit it to match the directory structure.

    Sorry, but I have no advice on the other two problems.

    This sounds like possibly the same issue resolved in this thread.

    Short answer: make sure your 'upload_tmp_dir' directive in your php.ini is pointing to a valid directory. See the thread for more details including making sure your 'open_basedir' directive is correct.
