Can't view note/attachment pdf

I've attached a pdf to a note that I created in a contact. When I click on the link to view the pdf it tries to download the file. Is there a way that I can set it up so that when I click the link, it opens a new window and views the pdf in the window (by default)?

Hello and thank you for your reply. I am aware that the browser has the ability to force this behaviour, but that is not the case here. I am able to view pdf's within the brower window EXCEPT when clicking on it in Sugar.

It must be the header or something that sugar is sending to tell the browser to download it.

I need to know aware to make Sugar tell the browser to open it by default (and then security settings in the browser can then decide). However Sugar is forcing the download.
