Can't View Notes

Hello,

I wonder if you can help.

For some reason, when I now add a note to the 'Contacts' area of Sugar Community Edition, it no longer appears.

The note will appear in the generic notes area, but does not appear in the history of the contact to which it has been created.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you customize your sugar or installed any package?

Do you have access to database in order to double check the Notes records?
