When you prepare a mail template in French and you send it , you get "vous ĂȘtes cordialement invitĂ© Ă" instead of "vous êtes cordialement invités à" . This does not occur when you send the same thing viathe email one to one. All setting are in ISO-8859-1.
Above all, this occur at ramdom ....depending of the customer !

Did you get this problem.
For me its a huge blocking point for the use of SUGAR.
