Hi,
I'm trying to set up an email address, where when the email comes in a case is automatically generated, and then round robin'ed among a team - or assigned to a team who can then take ownership of the task.
However, it seems like all that can happen is that EVERYONE in the CRM receives their share whether they're support personel or not.
Is there an easy way of doing this? I'm using the Community Version.
