Default Case assignment emails - Wrong directory path

When emails are sent automatically for a case that is assigned to a user, the email contains a link that has the path directory listed incorrectly.

    ie.
    http://xxx.xxx.xx.xx/index.php?modul...9-496bd9709f8b

    Should be:
    http://xxx.xxx.xx.xx/CRM/index.php?m...9-496bd9709f8b

Where in Sugar can I change the directory path?
