    Default Case autoresponse email

    Can anyone tell me if there is a way to format / modify the autoresponse that is sent via email when a case is created. At the moment the send recieves this as an automatic response from Sugar:

    Yes, you can create an alert email template and can format it however you want. Check out this Knowledge Base article for further details.

    Thank you susie, it sounds like your response is for a note that is added to an existing case. I'm refering to a brand new case and the email that's automatically generated from the case creation. I'm also on SugarCRM CE which I forgot to include in my first post which doesn't have the workflow functionality.

    Thank you though, I'm hoping that it is possible to change the formatting of the email.
