    Default Case List

    Hi,
    I have created some cases.But while clicking on case list I can't able to see any cases created by me.
    Kindly help me how can I see the cases created by me and my users?

    Might be there is a role issue. Check you roles setting

    The problem may be due to you have searched on some criteria in the listview and not cleared the search. So, click on the Clear button in the search and check whether your record is there

    I want to create a field for Name in CASE.Is it possible?Please help me regarding this.

    Use Studio to create a custom field. You can find studio in Admin -> Developer Tools -> Studio.

    Place the Created field in EditView and DetailView and click "Save & Deploy" in the both. You can do this in studio itself.
