Hello
using 5.5.1ce

looking at the cases list, when selecting some cases and assign them to someone using the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen, no emails are sent to the assigned user about new assignation...

if I open an individual case and assign the case from there the email is sent to inform user of new assignation
which make me conclude that my email settings are ok

It this a known problem about 5.5.1ce?
any work around?
