Environment:
SugarCRM 5.2.0c Community edition

I've been reading through the forums and some other documentation and I can see that there are some definitely issues around the case management in sugar.

I know that Sugar can create cases based on email, however, I'm not clear how to instruct SugarCRM to assign these cases to only a specific group of people. There's an option for roundrobin or least busy which leads me to believe that I should be able to select a subset of people who would get this email but I can't find anything... Am I missing something.

When I login as admin I can see the contents of the helpdesk mailbox, but instead of appearing in the helpdesk group mailbox, it appears under "My Inbox".

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
