    Default Case Management System

    We are planning to use for a Call Center implementation to track Inbound and Outbound calls.
    I have gone thru some documentation available on the website and fell that we would need to use the Case Module of Sugar CRM. Can anytime tell me what all functionality can we achieve by using this Case module.

    I am not able to find out the document. Could you provide me the complete link again.
    Also I would like to know how can I customize SugarCRM as per user requirements.
    Do I need to install some tools to perform that.

    My name is Nicholas. I'm new in SugarCRM. I would like to implement the Case Management module in my office. Instead of full CRM modules, is it possible to implement a particular module in SugarCRM? If it is possible, can I download certain modules though the available websites? Please reply!!

    With the Admin->Studio component within SugarCRM, you can deactivate modules that are not needed by using the configuring tabs option. When a moduleis deactivated via the tab, it's components and references are no longer visible.

    Hi,

    You can use the Studio tools that are available in SugarCRM (Admin->Studio) to customise your modules, Fields can be added, moved, renamed and deleted etc.
