    Default Case Permissions

    I need to give some of my users the ability to update/close their cases but not create new ones. Where is the permission for that. I have looked in the roles, but there's nothing about "create".

    any update on this? i'm sure it would be useful for other areas accounts/lead processing "role" or position.

    I don't think that option is part of the package, it would have to be coded in by someone.
