About LinkBacksIs there a space limitation for the cases module? My manager was dealing with a long, ongoing case and even though she put the correct subject heading, it still created a new case? I appreciate any feedback, thanks.

Nm, I found out that when replying to emails from off chain you have to have "CASE" in all caps.
