Case studio: few questions

Hi,
I started to configure the Case tab, using the studio.
I have few questions:
1.I want to remove the default fields from the Mass update and I don't know how to do it. How to do it?
2.How can I configure the quick add of case? I used the Quick add configuration from the studio and it didn't work.
3.When I edited the Edit layout of the case, I removed the Account Name, and now the account name is deleted and I can't use it. Hoe can I restore it?

Which version are you using?

It is not a good idea removing the account_name from case, since case is strongly related to account.
You can remove the default fields from mass update defining a custom vardefs and override the attribute massupdate from field definition.

I'm using Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150)
Yes, it wasn't a good thing to remove the account_name, thats way I want and need to restore it. How can I restore the account_name?
Do you know how I can configure the Quick Add in the case tab?
