I was just trying to get the cases working for our tech guys but we are noticing that when I open a ticket up (as admin or any other user) that none of the tech crew can see the cases when they look for them. In fact, searching by case number or any other field returns nothing. I have a very new/fresh install of Sugar with no mods or anything and I have done my due diligence and looked about the docs but can't seem to find any way to manage cases...does anyone here have any leads to a quick "how-to" on getting the cases module up and running?
