Is there a way to change this? The cases are linked to accounts, but do not appear in the account detail screen until the case has been closed. I'd like to see open cases in the account screen.
Also I had previously posted about the missing "close" column in the Cases dashlet, now I'm wondering if maybe it wasn't there before. I don't want to do a fresh install just to find out - can someone please tell me if the Cases dashlet has a "close" column by default?
