    Default cases list not visible after adding a field

    Hi all ...

    Everything is ok until I added a field to cases. Using Studio I first I created the field than I added it to form and list. The insert is ok using the new filed too.

    Now, when I reach the page that list cases ...no one case is listed. The same if I try to search them using a matching word.

    Can someone help me to undertand why ? Did I forget to do something ?

    When I remove the field and update all forms, magically, cases appear !

    I use Sugar CRM 6.03

    Did you do a quick repair and rebuild after creating the field?
    Try that.

    Hello,

    I think you have a wrong vardefs field declaration.
    Try to remove this field and add a new one again.
    Also try to change your web browser and check files and folders permission.

    I removed the field, created a new one and "repair and rebuild" ...now everything is fine.
