    Unhappy cases management

Hi, I'm new with Sugar. We're a thinking to use Sugar in our university. But I don understand how associate the cases with the clients (students, teachers,..) Because the cases id related to a account, not to a contact...Any idea? please...

    hello,

you will notice that once you save a case, there is a Contacts subpanel in the Cases detailview. You can use the Select button to search for and attach as many Contacts as you want. You can also do this from the Contact detailview, by scrolling to the Cases subpanel attaching your case there.

If you will not always have an Account to tie to a case, then you could always make the Account not required. This would need to be done in the code, as it is a required field,

Thanks for the answer. You say that I can have a account named "students" and the every student is a contact of that account?

If the account isn't required how do I associate the case with a contact?
