For some reason when I go to my cases tab the cases are not show up. I don't get anything in the sugarcrm.log file as far as an error messages.
The Cases show up on my Dashlet as well as in the contact and account records. They are also in the database.
My client wanted to change Cases to 'To-Do' so I went into the /modules/Cases/language/en_us.lang.php file and changed cases to To-Do in there. I have subsequently restored the original file.
I was trying out the SugarPrint module as well. Trying to print out the case list, but I wouldn't think this would have anything to do with it. Maybe I am wrong. I also uninstalled this module though as well.
I tried to rebuild relationships. That didn't do anything for me either.
Please let me know if there is something else I can try.
