OK ... what version of sugarcrm, php, database, webserver?
How long has it been installed ... did it install without problems ... have you ever had it running successfully?
Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) PHP/5.2.0-8+etch11 MySQL 5.0.32

Here's the platform:
Apache 2.2.11
MySQL 5.1.30
PHP 5.2.9
SugarCRM CE 5.2.0j
It installed properly about 3 months ago and being use by about 5-6 users daily since then. The last time it was operational was when someone was modifying something in the dropdown editor through admin (yes, I don't get it too).

Have a look in the sugar.log ... see if you're generating any errors ...

Here are the last lines of sugarcrm.log, given that the whole app started to disappear on 11/5, nothing really out of the ordinary from the log pertains to it (log ended on 11/4):

Have you seen something like this before, where the whole application just disappeared? I also noticed that when I call /maintenance.php, it states "Down for Maintenance". Would this have anything to do with it?
Thanks and any help would be appreciated.
Found the cause of the problem by doing a process of elimination. The file en_us.lang.php located in /custom/include/language had been corrupted for some reason.
I also learned that this file contains all the added/modified dropdown field's options. Hence the last thing that the site admin did was modified the opportunities_sales_stage dropdown options![]()
Whenever you get a blank screen in SugarCRM, your first step should be to turn display_errors or log_errors on on php.ini and check for php errors.
9/10 times this will show you instantly where this type of problem is.
The only reason SugarCRM ever renders an empty page is with php errors.
