Is there a oracle connector plugin for sugar somewhere.

Our one client is moving away from mysql and ms sql platform to oaracle.
All their other vendors have provision for oracle, so i just want to find out if sugar has.

I know that by buying the enterprize you get oracle, but is there a connecter seperately, if you dont need enterprize?
