this looks like a Sugar bug on 5.1: http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/?option=...e-49159a2d3a5b.
It looks like there is a fix for it. Since you on are Sugar Pro, you have support with Sugar. I suggest you log a case with them - they might have a fix they can apply to your instance.
