Hi,
It just happened recently that a user (one of the employee accounts) is not able to access a lead page (only), other modules are still accessible. It hangs when the lead module tab is clicked.
We don't set up any restriction to the user role management, so all users can access to any modules.
Other users can access the lead page, only this specific user.
I am suspecting that something got caught up with the user's account's lead module.
Is there a way to reset or clear cache data for specific user?
