Change Language of "Leads: Home"

I've tried changing in the language file but to no success.

How can I change the langauge "Leads: Home" (see attached)

This one is a standard module. Thus the language entries should be changed in /custom/modules/leads/language/en_us.lang.php. If the file/directories don't exist create it there and copy the the file from modules/leads/language. Remove the lines you do not need. Then run admin/repair/recreate js language files.
This is upgrade safe.
