change the logo

hi all,

I tried to change the company logo on the top left corner through Admin / parameters

It did not work. I did not get my customised logo and I lost SugarCRM logo

What could I do to solve that ?

make sure your logo is 212x40 and type .png and copy it to themes/Sugar/images/company_logo.png

if you want to use other themes copy the image to each theme image directory

i have done this and mine still will not show up. I have also moved my logo to that folder and called it the same thing and its still not showing. have it set to the right size and as a png file.

My company logo went into custom\themes\default\images\company_logo.png and that got it showing up for all themes.

The problem is a file permission / directory permission problem. Try changing permission settings in config.php and upload again. Let me know if that worked.

Also a

chmod -R 775 cache custom modules data

executed in your <sugardir> has worked for me in the past, but that is strong remedy.
