I assume you changed the title in the language file?
Double check the line you changed, you might be missing a comma or something similar.
I restore the original file, but dosnet work.
You didn't mess up the file permissions or anything like that on those files?

the problem is that nobody of the company can use crm and totally we are stopped
Maybe you can re-install Sugar and restore the database?
you have a whitespace or some control character preceding the "<?php" line, or you have edited the file in an editor which adds dos-style carriage-return characters in addition to the unix-style line-feeds.
edit this file directly on the server via "vim" or "emacs" or whatever editor you have access to.
those characters cause output to the buffer, which causes headers to be sent, which prevent sessions from working.

I have also the same problem , if i trying to anychange in include/utils.php then its giving same seesion error(warning) , i think there is some code realted to this issue . pls help me guys and pls sugarcrm's guys help me .
