Changing/Adding values of list not possible

Hi,

With Version 6.1.6 (Build 5860) we are not longer able to modify the list "project_status_dom". It`s not possible to add new values and it`s not possible to change the shown name of the three existing values.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Can you reproduce this same issue logged in with en_us language?
I can do that at my end without big deal.
