changing alert options for meetings and calss

As you know, one can set a reminder / alert for scheduled calls and meetings. By default, one can get notified 1 minute to 1 hour before an event.

However, I want to implement the possibility of getting notified 10 minutes AFTER the event. For example, if I schedule a meeting for 2 pm, I want to be able to get notified at 2:10 pm.

How can I do that?

As far I know the related code it may be possible by editing the dropdown "reminder_time_options" in "Admin -> Dropdown Editor" and add negative values.
