In the Contacts section, there's an "Account Name" column when displaying the list. How do I change that label to "Company"? I tried going to Admin->Studio and editing the label, but nothing changes.

Look farther down the list. You'll see labels for list. Change it there.

I went to Studio->Labels-> And then selected Accounts. I don't see where you could change "Account Name" to Company. The result should be that when I view the Contacts section, I should see "Company" instead of Account Name in the columns.
You're right, this is a little tricky because there are several labels that can say the same thing and if you go into Labels you have to go back and forth or guess to figure out what lable goes where.
Here's the best way I've found:
- Go to the admin studio
- Go to the module you want to change
- Go to the layout where you know the name appears
- The fields are shown in their positions. Find the one you want to change the label for.
- Click the little pencil in the upper right corner of the field.
- Replace the label in the edit box shown to the right and click Save
As I said there may be multiple labels for different layouts including column headers, but this actually accomplishes the same thing as editting a specific label and so will change it everywhere for that specific label.
Go back to the data views and see if there are other labels for other places, find that specific layout and change it until all the labels say what you want.

There is a faster way, and actually it is the default way to do that:
go in Studio and select the Accounts module, then select Labels.
Here stands the list of all fields used inside the module; independently from the view you see them in, if you change labels here and save, you will have permanent results. Just be sure to change every occurrence of Accounts with Companies, account with company, Account with Company and so on.
What do you think the cookie monster eats ?
Also, remember to change the lists in associated modules. There are many links to the Account module that carry the name Account this or that. You will need to change those as well. I did something very similar by changing Account to Client for my customers use.
You can change it using the various label settings for each module. It is generally better to change it there than with the pencil as you will not get them all!
Good luck, Let us know if we can help further. (BTW many of us out here do this kind of thing for a living so if you get in over your head. [Likely!] many are willing to help for a small fee.)
