Hey Guys, would really love some assistance in trying to format a section for our sugar configuration.
Details: - We have a 'Contact' selected, below all the contact information there is a section which records our history notes.
In the History section, when we click the button View Summary we get a pop-up box (SEE IMAGE SAMPLE ATTACHED)
What we would like to do is change the way the View Summary section appears, currently it displays: -
-Subject
-Contact
-Status
-Date
and we would like it to display: -
-Subject
-Contact
-Assigned User
-Modified Date (most recently modified to appear at the top all times)
Would really appreciate any assistance in making this happen. Thanks in advance Adam
