I have just downloaded Sugar and am trying to evaluate how it might work for our company. Unfortunately it's currently running as a test installation on a very sloooow old machine, making experimentation a painful process. If you could help speed me up that would be great!

Is there any way to change the way tasks are displayed in the calendar?

I would like to use Sugar to plan my staff's workloads. Each 'job' they are assigned can take several days or weeks. I would like this to be shown on each day on the calendar, so that I can see when they have gaps in their schedules or are overloaded.

i.e. if I assign a task to someone which starts on Monday and ends on Thursday I want it to show up on their calendar on all four days. At the moment it just shows up on the 'due date' of Thursday.

Alternatively, is there a better way to achieve this, using something other than the 'tasks' functionality? Projects maybe?

Also, is it possible to display a month view for more than one persons calendar at a time?
