Changing Welcome Note

Good afternoon all,

In the home page, instead of saying "Welcome username" I want it to be "Welcome fullname". Where can I change this? Having a hard time looking at the code for this fix. Appreaciate all the help.

Dear Enrico,

Please go to 'Admin' > 'System Settings' and select the checkbox against

'Show Full Name (not Login):'
