Default How to store sugarcrm data in a different charset (SQL Server)

    Hi All!
I've installed sugarcrm-5.0.0f with bundled SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, PHP 5.2, Apache 2.0.59 on a Windows XP box. All cyrillic strings look fine in Sugar, but when i try to "select" records with cyrillic symbol set (e.g. description or name for a Contact) from database with some external tool (such as SQL Management Studio for example), i get strings similar to :

    "сволÐ&#190 ;чь"

Is there a way to tell Sugar store strings in another encoding, understandable to other tools?

    Thank you.
