Chart dashlets error

Hi,

I'm using SugarCRM CE Version 6.0.1 (Build 4143). I customized some of the default fields and dropdown lists, including the sales_stage_dom and sales_probability_dom. I edited it from the default into the following:

-blank-
Proposal/ Price Quote (25%)
Qualification (50%)
Negotiation/ Review (75%)
Waiting for P.O. (90%)
Closed Won (100%)
Closed Lost (0)

The customizations worked in the Opportunities module. However, the same cannot be said for the following charts:
- All Opportunities by Lead Source by Outcome
- Outcome by Month
- Pipeline by Sales Stage

How can I resolve this? I've attached a couple of screenshots.
