Default Chart Support for Multiple Currency

    Hi,

I am having a problem with the chart (pipeline) in the open source version that I setup.

My opportunities are in US$ and JPY. Will this affect the display of charts? I have been trying to display the chart and have been unsuccessful. Is it due to the double currency that I have defined the opportunites?

    Regards,
    Benedict

    Hi,

You should have no problem here. The values that are displayed in the My Pipeline are in the currency you defined for this user. Say the system default currency in USD and the user default JPY, the values are stored in the database as USD, then displayed as JPY. This also happens for values entered in USD. They are displayed in JPY in the My Pipeline.

    Hope this helps
    Cheers Malcolm

    Hi,

I have attached the two screens that I am having problems with. Also there is an error with the setting up the dash board. May be you can help me from there?

This is the error I am having at the dashboard screen.
