Charts come up as black boxes

We are running SugarCRM Open Source Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239) on Microsoft platform. Windows 2003, MSSQL 2005, PHP 5.0. All the graphs show up as black boxes both on IE and firefox. I double checked the permissions, cleared cache and anything else I can thing about with no luck. Anybody has any tips to getting the Graphs working?

Hi mhasan, is this occurring everywhere or on particular machines? Try reinstalling Flash -- you never know.

Thanks for the response Andy. Unfortunately the blank graphs show up in all a machines including all windows XP and Apple OS X. I tried different versions of flash with no success.
