Cleaning SugarCRM / module trouble

Hi, I have a problem

in the module installer it gives me this message:


Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file 'cache/upload/upgrades/langpack/SugarEnt-4.2.1-lang_es_es-20060702.zip'

I already have installed a new version of the language pack:
Spanish (Spain) Language Pack langpack 4.2.1a 10/08/2006 17:56 Spanish (Spain) Language Pack

the problem is that because of this I doesn't show anything in the upgrade manager. Instead of showing the updates it gave me the same message

what can I do to clean my install???

there is a table in the database, where you have to delete this entry. don't know how it is called, i think it is "upgrades".

I had to delete 2 entrys and now is working OK.
why did this happened?

would like to know myself ... I think when uploading and installing a patch twice, this may happen.
