On click of Studio and Module Builder we are displayed Blank Screen

Hello,
I am using professional version of sugar4.5.e. I have migrated it to the 5.1 version.After migration on click of Studio and Module builder I get a blank screen. After migration I have gone with Quick repair and tested for Studio and Module Builder.Still It shows blank screen.

sugar version :-5.1(Professional)
Apache:-2.2.8
PHP :- 5.2.6
MySql :- 5.0.51a.
Operation system :- CentOS

Please let me know the solution to in order to work with Studio and Module Builder.

Hello,
On Click of the Quick Repair, I lost the fields which were added in certain modules like Leads, Contacts,Accounts etc and other customization which I have done for my application. How do I get back those functionality. Is there any way I can go with repair which does not alter my customization for my application. I have gone repair in order to get my Studio and Module builder to be working but now no use. I have lost my current application.
