Clicking on Create Email Template causing crash: any experienced users out there?

MySQL, Linux

I used to be able to create email templates but now I get the crash outlined below.
I have not edited any PHP files directly.
I have renamed fields and tabs using Studio (mainly calling 'Accounts' -> 'Companies' but thats about it)
anyone any idea what I've done wrong?
The crash is looking for a file in a nonexistent directory???

I don't see why you wouldn't have this dir. I am looking at the 4.5.1d source and can see that this dir is there. Try untaring again. or download fresh version and hen see if it works..

Umm. very odd. My directory didn't include the folder but the install did so I can only assume I have accidentally deleted it (can't think how). Anyway I have manually copied this directory back and all seems to be working now. Not sure if I needed to do a reinstall but all seems ok now.
