Client Tracker and HTML

I am currently running Sugar Suite version 4.0.1e on Vista.
Is there a way to get the client tracker subject lines and posts to receive html tags? For example, if I wanted to bold a particular subject line or change the color, is there something that can be enabled to make that a possibility? I tried doing it in the client tracker in a number of ways already but was unsuccessful. At another place of employment I was able to use raw html within the crm, although that crm was proprietary to that company.
