Once a Target List has been created, you then have the ability to select the target list and "select" contacts.

Where is the location of the code that produces the below page? I'm trying to add fields, i don't much care if it's upgrade safe, i can comment my code and copy it.

i'm thinking modules/contact.php or one of the other contact* pages...
