    Default Cold Calling Campaign

    Hello,

    I am in the process of researching SugarCRM as I'm not really happy with V ..... and Salesforce. My basic needs lie in the "Leads" Section.

    Example: I import a list of 5000 company names and phone numbers. I have multiple reps calling the list overtime. I need a VERY efficient way for the reps to work quickly (less clicking and more dialing and to make sure no rep calls the same lead.

    My solutions in the past have been OK but not great:

    ......: I would just assign a block to each rep. That only works well with a small group of reps.

    Salesforce: I would create a filter. Once a call was longed the filter would remove that name from the list. This worked pretty good.

    Any advice/ guidance would be great.

    Also, we are looking for help on deploying Sugar CRM on our network, some customization needed and integration into a TrixBox PBX.

    Hi Chris,

    To increase efficiency in phone prospecting:

    You can add fields (custom or standard) to the Basic and Advanced Search in Studio.

    Using these fields, you can filter as you would in Salesforce.

    You can also save searches.

    You can use assigned_user and Roles to distribute lists and restrict users to their own lists.

    You can page through DetailViews (links at top right)

    You can Save and Continue from EditViews (links at top right)

    I had a similar B2B project with the company I work for. I ended up writing a custom application to integrate with the SugarCRM targets.
