I'm looking into Sugar as a possible replacement to Goldmine.

In Goldmine we used the contsupp table (details tab) to hold lots of different types of collatoral requests which then spilt off into different (sub) tabs depending on the collatoral type. Does anyone have any idea how this would be accomplished in SugarCRM?

Basically I'm looking for pointers, i.e. do you think it would be better to do this in the activities tab - how would I do this?

Also is it possible in Sugar to split up the requests by type. (A nice to have feature would be to have dynamic drop down lists. i.e. when the agent chooses one option it limits the rest of the options they can select.)
